• Cancellation before H-7 then DP can be returned 100%.
• Cancellation after H-7 will be subject to Cancellation Fee:
• Cancellation of Day Trip then DP forfeited 50%
• Cancellation of Overnight Trip then DP forfeited 75%-100%
• Cancellation of less than 24 hours or participants do not arrive at the meeting point then the DP is forfeited.
• Late arrival that causes missing the fastboat, the departure is moved to the next hour and participants are required to buy another fastboat ticket of Rp. 100,000 / person because the fastboat is different.
